How do we measure success?

At St. Sava's, student achievement is at the core of our mission. We are committed to providing a rigorous theological education that prepares our students for ordination, further studies, and service in the Church. Our graduates go on to serve as clergy, missionaries, educators, and leaders within the Orthodox Christian community.

Graduate Outcomes

Over the past five years, our measurable student outcomes have included:

  • Ordination into the priesthood

  • Further theological studies

  • Church-related careers (e.g., educators, choir directors, pastoral assistants)

We track and analyze student achievement data to ensure we are meeting our mission and continuously improving our academic programs.

Understanding Our Data

The ordination rate fluctuates each year, as some students pursue further studies before ordination, while others delay due to personal or family reasons. We track student career paths for up to two years post-graduation to ensure accuracy in our reporting.

Our commitment to student success is reflected in our faculty mentorship, pastoral formation programs, and career guidance, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to serve the Orthodox Church.
